Royal Davui Island Resort, situated on a private island in Fiji‘s Beqa Lagoon, has recently completed a seven-month-long multi-million dollar refurbishment, unveiling its shiny new look in the same year it celebrates its 20th anniversary.
Owned and operated by fifth-generation Fijian Christopher Southwick, the refurbishment showcases modern design melded with traditional Fijian touches, echoing the resort’s commitment to responsible and authentic luxury.

The refurbishment also included major updates to the Banyan Bar & Restaurant – built around a centuries-old Banyan tree – with custom-made furnishings and a 3D artwork installation, a tribute to the island’s local wildlife, now on show.
