Plans for Aman Beverly Hills include a sprawling wellness hub

Aman Beverly Hills will debut in 2027 with the inaugural standalone Aman Club and luxurious Residences

Luxury lifestyle and hospitality brand, Aman, has unveiled its design plans for Aman Beverly Hills, set to debut in 2027. Located in Los Angeles’ most prestigious address, the hotel will sit flanked between the intersection of Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevards and span across seven hectares in the One Beverly Hills development. In a first for the brand, there will also be an Aman Club, a wellness centre sprawled across 9290 square metres.

Aman Beverly Hills will comprise a 78-guest rooms Aman hotel, in addition to the private Residences, which sit in two branded residential towers alongside the hotel.

Long-time Aman collaborator, Kerry Hill Architects (KHA) has been appointed to create the designs for the Aman Hotel, Club and Residences in Los Angeles. The design approach will reflect the city’s vibrant character and the project’s unique garden setting; KHA’s design celebrates Los Angeles’ urban landscape and artisanal craftsmanship while retaining its feeling of secluded sanctuary.

The design will boast a neutral colour palette that is reflective of nature in the hills and the wider state of California and will make use of natural materials throughout, showcasing stone and wood to provide warmth to vast spaces. Residence owners and club members will be afforded panoramic views of the city from the property’s location.
