Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab makes its debut in Dubai

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab
A sleek new icon on Dubai’s shoreline, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab blends bold architecture, high-end dining and tailored wellness on its own private peninsula
Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab has officially opened its doors, bringing a bold new addition to Dubai’s competitive luxury hotel scene. With a design that nods to a futuristic superyacht, it completes the Jumeirah Group’s coastal trilogy alongside the city’s iconic sail-shaped Burj Al Arab and the wave-inspired Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
The striking structure comes from architect Shaun Killa, known for the famed Museum of the Future. Set on a private peninsula, the resort adds 386 rooms and suites, 82 serviced residences and its own 82-berth marina. And because you can never have too many pools, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab has four of them – all outdoors.

Inside, the design keeps pace with rich textures and warm golden tones. Think marble, natural timber, hand-blown crystal and silk rugs. Floor-to-ceiling windows look out over the Arabian Gulf, lush grounds, and the iconic Burj Al Arab.
Food is a major drawcard for the new resort. Guests have 11 dining options and four bars to choose from, including The Fore, a day-to-night venue made up of four distinct restaurant spaces around a central bar. Iliana brings Greek-Mediterranean flavour to the rooftop pool club, while Kinugawa blends Japanese technique with French flair. The Bombay Club, led by Michelin-starred chef Manav Tuli, is a sharp, modern take on Indian cuisine.

Wellness spans three levels at TALISE spa, where the focus is on recovery, strength and mindfulness, with a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, private treatment suites, a sleek indoor pool and a fully equipped gym.
The Family Club, meanwhile, caters to kids aged three to 10 with hands-on activities built around Jumeirah Circle, a new learning-through-play concept designed to spark creativity and connection.

Next door, the Marsa Al Arab Marina and Promenade offers relaxed waterfront restaurants, boutique retail and luxury suites lining the edge of the development, offering visitors a place to walk, eat, and unwind by the sea.
Bookings at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab are open now.
