Watervale One Night Regeneration Package

The Watervale Hotel offers an all-day casual and fine dining experience from 11am to 9pm every day in a beautifully renovated old hotel that has retained the friendly atmosphere associated with a country pub.

Guests stay at the organic, biodynamic Penobscot Farm in an 1850s one-bedroom cottage, where they take an educational and entertaining tour to understand the impact of the regenerative practices on the Earth. They then enjoy a six-course degustation dinner matched with Clare Valley wines or mocktails at the Chef’s Table in the kitchen of the Watervale Hotel. After a peaceful night’s sleep, they enjoy breakfast at the Watervale General Store and can purchase souvenir Penobscot Farm produce.
