A&K announces the launch of its luxury riverboat, Pure Amazon, set to explore the Peruvian Amazon starting mid-2025

Abercrombie & Kent has introduced its newest venture in luxury travel with the unveiling of the Pure Amazon riverboat. Scheduled to launch in mid-2025, the riverboat will navigate the Peruvian Amazon’s pristine waters, offering an immersive and sustainable travel experience. Pre-registration is now open, with sales starting in August 2024.

Pure Amazon’s design, a collaboration between A&K Travel Group’s architect Adriana Granato of Studio Ibsen and local artisans, reflects Peru’s rich cultural heritage. The riverboat features 10 elegant suites and two single cabins, each showcasing handcrafted furnishings made from locally sourced materials. Expansive windows throughout the boat ensure guests fully appreciate the Amazon’s breathtaking riverscapes.

Beyond its luxurious accommodations, Pure Amazon offers a variety of spaces for relaxation and socialising. Guests can unwind in the indoor and outdoor lounges, which provide inviting retreats to enjoy cocktails and share stories of daily adventures.
