One&Only One Za’abeel has opened, with spacious accommodations, and wellness experiences
Luxury hospitality brand One&Only has opened its first vertical urban resort, One&Only One Za’abeel. Located in the heart of Dubai, The resort offers spacious accommodations, various epicurean options, arts and culture experiences and multiple wellness programs.
The hotel’s interiors – located in the One Za’abeel development and designed by acclaimed architect Nikken Sekkei – have been transformed by Jean-Michel Gathy and draw inspiration from the hotel’s surroundings.
One&Only One Za’abeel’s spacious rooms, suites and Villa One penthouse are amongst the largest that Dubai has to offer. The Za’abeel Suite provides 180-degree views of the city skyline. Sanctuary Suites offer in-room spa treatments, while Creative Suites feature acoustic panelling, AV technology and a private cocktail soirée for up to 10 guests. The Royal Suite boasts three spacious living areas with a lounge, dining for 10 and a private sitting room.
Additionally, the resort offers a series of two-storey spaces, including Skyline Loft and Villa One, with Villa One sprawled across 755 square metres. The villa also features two bedrooms, a majlis (reception lounge), an outdoor infinity pool, a cinema and a gym, in addition to exclusive benefits including a dedicated host, in-villa personal training, spa treatments and access to a private chef.
Dining
One&Only One Za’abeel features an elevated hospitality venue – perched between One Za’abeel’s dual towers – called The Link. The epicurean experiences at The Link are curated by Michelin-lauded chefs, like Anne-Sophie Pic, Bo Songvisava, Dylan Jones, Mehmet Gürs, Paco Morales, and Tetsuya Wakuda. The renowned Dabiz Muñoz, crowned the Best Chef in the World in 2023, presents his concept StreetXO to Dubai. The dining options include Tapasake, offering contemporary Nikkei cuisine with unobstructed views of the Dubai skyline and the UAE’s longest-suspended infinity pool.
The hotel also offers a Bali-inspired Garden Pool and a family swimming pool with a swim-up bar. It is home to the first Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie in the UAE, which will offer a distilled version of the Swiss brand’s science and services. The hub is sprawled across three floors and is comprised of 29 treatment rooms, a movement studio, a Longevity Bar and the first Longevity Index lounge in the region. Additionally, there are two gala ballrooms, six meeting rooms, a private club on the 53rd floor, and a KidsOnly club for junior guests aged four to 12, featuring entertainment inspired by the UAE’s space mission.
