Luxurious Island Escape Opens off the Coast of Phuket
Island Escape by Burasari is now open and offering visitors who book a private pool villa before 31 March 2020 a bottle of prosecco and in-villa dinner
Island Escape by Burasari is one of just two resorts on the island of Koh Maphrao, just off the shore of Phuket
A five-star resort has opened on the tropical island of Koh Maphrao, just off the shore of Phuket, Thailand offering a landscape of ocean views, waterfalls, three private beaches and gardens.
Island Escape by Burasari features a mix of one- to four-bedroom private villas, each sustainably dressed using natural materials and authentic elements. “Island Escape by Burasari is designed for spontaneous romance and happiness. It’s one of only two resorts on the island, and the first of its kind to combine luxury with a ‘’feel at home’’ concept” says Simon Douthett, General Manager.
Koh Maphrao has approximately 1,000 residents living on the island, and is just a five minute long-tail boat ride from Phuket to Koh Maphrao’s main pier. From there, the resorts speedboat transfer can escort visitors directly to the resort on the southwestern shore of the island.
Landscapes and facilities define the resort’s four, functionally segregated yet easily inter-accessible zones. Couples can indulge in privacy and intimacy at the adults-only cascading Lagoon, while children and extended family members can enjoy the resort’s pools and beaches, lush gardens, spa and wellness programs and adventure excursions.
The resort’s custom market garden system provides sustainable and organic food dining, with the cuisine on offer a curated line-up of Thai and international cuisines and seafood fresh from the ocean.
Those who book a private pool villa for a minimum of two nights before 31 March 2020 receive a bottle of Prosecco and an in-villa dinner during guests’ stay.
