Set on the Aegean Sea peninsula, the Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens is now accepting reservations

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts has announced it is now taking reservations for its new property in Greece, the Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens , with bookings from 29 March 2019.

The new hotel will open next month following a significant renovation of the former Astir Palace Hotel, which had long been the playground of Athenians and beach-going international celebrities. Located thirty minutes away from the historic city of Athens, the Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens is positioned in a pine-clad peninsula jutting into the Aegean Sea, making it an ideal seaside sanctuary for luxury seekers in Greece.

“Nowhere in the world do ancient culture and modern lifestyle come together so beautifully than in Greece,” said Sam Ioannidis, the hotel’s General Manager. “With our close proximity to the city…the ideal Greek vacation has never been more accessible. Whether taking a quick break or staying a few weeks to take in all the sights and immerse yourself in the glamour and fun of the Athenian Riviera, Four Seasons can help you customise your perfect beach holiday.”

The hotel features three private beaches and three swimming pools; a tennis academy, basketball court and non-motorised water sports; a fully supervised kids club as well as an all-new spa and hydrotherapy house inspired by honoured Greek traditions.

Seven restaurants and lounges will be on offer for diners and those wanting a relaxing tipple, including Italian trattoria Mercato, Greek seafood restaurant Pelagos, authentic beachfront Taverna 37, poolside Latin American-inspired Helios Grill and Aristotle’s Cigar Bar.

Accommodation-wise, guests can choose to stay in the mid-century modern Nafsika building, located close to the lively scene of the hotel’s restaurants, pool, fitness centre and boutiques and featuring azure sea views from every room; in the Bauhaus-esque Arion building which emits a chic, laidback relaxation ambience in well-appointed rooms; or in one of the 61 renovated Bungalows nestled among the trees at the water’s edge, for those who never want to be far from beachside bliss.

The Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens is promoting three introductory offers in celebration of its grand opening:

  • Grand Opening Offer featuring 20 per cent savings off the standard room rate and daily breakfast for two
  • Bed and Breakfast, a popular option for those who want to start a day of exploring in style
  • Stay Longer – Sixth Night Free including a complimentary sixth night with each five paid nights in a Suite or Bungalow as well as daily breakfast
