The Gold Coast’s Ruby Collection to Open in November
Ruby Apartments will be a sophisticated, five-star accommodation offering for families visiting the Gold Coast, and will introduce a new, upscale style of family travel to Surfers Paradise
The clock is counting down to the November opening of the first of four towers in the striking billion-dollar Ruby Collection development on the Gold Coast. The first of its kind, the Gold Coast resort complex spans an entire city block and will feature full kitchens and upscale amenities.
Spanning 30 floors, the stylish one, two and three-bedroom apartments and sky suites will provide a bird’s eye view of the Pacific Ocean or Gold Coast Hinterland and cater to the modern family with spacious living areas, a full kitchen and laundry. Meanwhile, the 13 ground-floor villas will appeal to couples and five-star hotel junkies chasing the sun.
Combining a new level in service and amenities, warm family appeal and five-star facilities, Ruby Apartments will be a sophisticated new accommodation offering on the Gold Coast, one that Ruby Collection CEO David Brook says could reshape visitor perceptions of what a family holiday experience on the Gold Coast is meant to be.
“At Ruby we don’t do ordinary,” Brook said. “We all know that there’s no ordinary world; there are no ordinary people; no ordinary grandparents; no ordinary brothers and sisters; and no ordinary mums and dads …..there are also no ordinary holidays [and] our Ruby Ambassadors will be on hand from day one helping visitors create extraordinary memories.”
These Ruby Ambassadors will replace traditional customer service roles at Ruby Apartments, and their roles will be multi-faceted, enabling them to better understand guests and offer a more personalised service. From the moment guests arrive, Ruby Ambassadors will assist with guests’ every need – from assisting at check-in, booking local tours and attractions, and making dinner reservations.
