Rick's Place is a five bedroom, five bathroom property in Mollymook managed by Bannisters.  A refurbished retro-style '60's coastal retreat, Rick’s Place still retains hallmarks of its day, including wide P&O style decks, stained timber panelling and inside, retro style bathrooms and original touches. Inclusions have been modernised to make for a comfortable stay… and of course there’s a well equipped kitchen, designed by Rick and sure to please even the most fastidious. The hottest months in New South Wales are December, January and February. December sees the warm summer temperatures however experiences less humidity and rainfall than January and February. The coldest time of the year is between June and August, with cool temperatures and little rainfall. The coastal areas are cooler than the inland areas to the West, as they benefit from a maritime climate. The most moderate temperatures of the year occur in autumn and spring – March and April, and September and October. Ski season occurs between late June and August, with the Snowy Mountains experiencing snowfall during this time.
