Refurbished and refined Hills dining

The Peninsula Beverly Hills on Santa Monica Boulevard has re-opened its award-winning restaurant The Belvedere. The Mediterranean-inspired menu has been curated by executive chef David Codney, with a particular emphasis on locally sourced produce including from the hotel’s rooftop kitchen garden; and wild-caught seafood.

Foodies with a taste for art will also appreciate the restaurant’s multi-million dollar art collection, featuring works by renowned contemporary artists such as Yayoi Kusama, Robert Indiana, Alex Katz and Sean Scully.

An outdoor dining space occupying nearly half the restaurant’s space has literally breathed fresh air into this Beverly Hills dining classic venue that has retained the hotel’s signature French-country aesthetic, with accents such as the Parisian-inspired blue and white Toile de Jouy table skirts.
